Apartment 7 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, first floor unit which is accessed via a shared foyer and leads into the living/dining room which is equipped with large windows and high ceilings.  The kitchen has a private back entrance with a landing outfitted for a washing machine.  Both bedrooms have built in cupboards and share a door between the two bedrooms.  Utilities are not included in the rent. Please note that the 8 apartments in the apartment block are connected to a single water meter and the monthly water charge is pro-rated across eight apartments and added to the respective rents.
