Black Pearl is an extremely well maintained townhouse and one of eight in the gated complex of Enterprise Villas.

The garage leads straight into the kitchen living and dining area. The dining area leads unto the patio which looks directly unto the pool which has six comfortable loungers along with a round table and six chairs should guests wish to eat under the stars. There is one bedroom (which can be used as an office) and full bathroom downstairs. Three bedrooms and two other bathrooms are upstairs. The master bathroom has a king size bed and full ensuite bathroom with shower. The middle bedroom has two twin beds which can be made up as a king and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
