Gunsite 13 is a three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse for long term rental in Barbados.

The property is situated in a gated residential community along the South Coast of Barbados. There is an open plan living and dining area which leads on to a covered patio with fantastic views of the sea. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a built in cook top and oven, dishwasher and fridge. There are ample cupboards in the kitchen. Just off of the kitchen is a small area suitable for a study. The powder room and laundry room are also on this floor. There are 3 large storage areas available at Gunsite 13.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a high “tray ceiling”, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a private balcony which again offers wonderful views of the south coast of Barbados. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the upper floor along with another bathroom. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The property is secured with an alarm system and wrought iron. There is a guard on duty from 9 pm to 5 am, seven days a week.
