No.1 Forest Hills is an immaculate property in the world renowned Royal Westmoreland.
The main living area is located upstairs in the villa and the airy, open plan design allows the kitchen, dining room and double reception area to flow seamlessly. The sun pours in through the double height French doors that open onto the spacious balcony where there is a covered sitting area, which is perfect for enjoying the panoramic views over the sea and world-class Golf Course, or watching the a beautiful sunset with an ice cold drink. There is also a covered dining area for enjoying breakfast lunch and dinner.
By day, you can enjoy the beautifully manicured gardens in the complex with its many paths for walking, or running for the more energetic. By night, the rhythmic chirp of the cicadas provides the background music for relaxing with a drink and good book watching the majestic cruise liners sail in and out of Bridgetown.
Social membership:
The member and family have full access to the facilities with the exception of the golf course.
Social members would pay to golf and there is a limit of 12 times per year (the year runs from 1st February to 31st January).
Villa guests staying in villas with Social membership, still have to register for houseguest cards and have access to the facilities as well.
With reference to golf for guests residing in the villa, tee off times are available only between 10:00am and 11:00am daily and they are allowed to play 4 games per year per person. The Visitor Golfer green fee would be applicable.

The Clubhouse with pool (on site): The club house has been designed to make the most of the tropical breezes and the amazing ocean views.
