South Ocean 2 bed condo is a beautifully furnished, 2nd floor condo offering spectacular sea views and located in the heart of the South Coast. A well finished kitchen with a dishwasher, large counter top and 4 bar stools extends internally to a laundry area. It also leads one way to a guest bathroom, and a second bedroom that is approximately 10 x 9 with a/c, a ceiling fan and a double bed. It leads the other way to an open plan, air conditioned living and dining area complete with a sofa bed that doubles as an extra queen sized bed and a flat screen t.v. Both this area and the sheltered patio off the master bedroom, that is about 10'x8' offer wonderful sea views. The master bedroom is approximately 13 x 11 with a/c, a ceiling fan, a king sized bed and a small flat screen t.v. This particular unit is an end unit. The unit has access to a large swimming pool and wet bar, as well as the beach and recently constructed boardwalk.
