The Main Building
The main building comprises a two-storey converted office building which appears to have been originally constructed as a single residence around the early. The structure is of coral stone block wall construction with rendered and painted elevations beneath a pitched roof structure covered with Permaclad profile steel sheets. The building has retained much of its period features including a variation of sliding sash units, and timber hooded and jalousie window units. The external doors are solid wood panels with jalousie inserts and there is a double-hung unit to the main entrance.
Internally the accommodation has been converted to the existing open planned office space at the ground and first floor levels. The partitioning in sections of the building has been retained around the former bedroom spaces to form separate office units and the ancillary bathroom and kitchen accommodation. The floors are of timber construction.
