There are two main entrances into the property, through the “back” one will pass the powder room, the laundry room then into the large kitchen which faces the East and looks into the garden area at the back of the house. Next to the kitchen is the guest bedroom (11.9’ x 14.9’) it has its own entrance, built in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and is equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fan.
