Two bedroom/two bathroom apartment located in Silver Sands, Christ Church in walking distance to beaches.  This area is the winsurfing and kitesurfing capital of the island and has a relaxed vibe. Surfer’s Bay Beach bar is a short stroll around the corner which offers casual food and live entertainment on Sunday’s.  Oistins, home of the Friday Night Fish Fry is approximately 5 minutes drive away and here you will also find a large supermarket, hardware stores along with other stores and a waterfront café called Surfers Café.  Grantley Adams International Airport is approximately 10 minutes away.  St. Lawrence Gap and the amenities on the South Coast are 10 minutes by car.

The apartment is an easy access apartment all on one level with bright open plan kitchen, living room (with a desk for those who work from home), dining area and a patio area which is ideal for sitting to catch the ever present breeze in this area. This apartment is part of a three unit property with the main house and an apartment on each side of the main house.  Bedrooms are air conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms.  There are three TV’s in the apartment, one in each bedroom and one in the living area and they are equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks. 

 Utilities of WIFI and water included in the rent.  Tenants pay their own electricity.
