While the owners' first floor suite is retained for their use only, the entire ground floor of the house is available for rental.

In addition to the main pool guests have the added benefit of a plunge pool/jacuzzi. The extensive landscaped gardens extend toward the private tennis court and its adjacent pavilion. In addition, Happy Days has a private beach cabana on the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Facility.
