Pet friendly, and spacious and well-planned three bedroom, three bedroom home with a study located in a quiet, tree lined cul-de-sac just off the Highway 2A within easy reach of Holetown with the amenities of grocery stores, shopping, nightlife, restaurants, etc., offered there, along with the selection of beaches that run along the West Coast of the island.
The property is set on a half-acre of land and is fully fenced with an electric gate and a pedestrian gate at the entrance and has security bars throughout. There is a two car, car port from which you can also enter the home. The large open plan kitchen has a built-in double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and faces onto a lounge area with wet bar and storage cupboards. The kitchen also faces into the living room which leads onto a spacious covered patio that looks over the garden. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with a washer and a dryer.
There is an air conditioned study/office accessed from the living room and this has a door leading to the patio, there is a full bathroom with a door leading to the study/office which lends itself to be also used as a bedroom.
The first air-conditioned bedroom is up a flight of stairs, has a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom. Go up the second flight of stairs to the other two air-conditioned bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and ceiling fans. There is also a large linen closet.
This is a comfortable home, great for a family or an executive.
