These units are within walking distance of two beaches and are located in the windsurfing and kitesurfing neighbourhood which offers a relaxed vibe. Also, in walking distance is Surfer's Bay Bar which is a rustic beach bar that offers simple food and live entertainment on Sundays. The Action windsurfing and kitesurfing establishment is about a 5 minute drive. Miami Beach/Enterprise Beach is approximately a 5 minute drive away with Oistins also approximately 5 minutes drive away. In Oistins you will find a large grocery store, hardware store, cafe, the famous Friday Night Fish Fry and lots of casual kiosks offering food and drink, vendors selling fresh fruit and vegetables are also located in Oistins. Grantley Adams International Airport is a quick 10 minute drive. St. Lawrence Gap, where you will find lots of bars and restaurants is approximately 15 minutes away.
The unit is entered through a front door which puts you in the living room with the modern open plan kitchen and a back door. The two bedrooms are located upstairs along with the shared bathroom. The master bedroom has a partially enclosed area which can be used as a closet or can hold an extra bed and has a small balcony overlooking the fenced yard. The guest bedroom is at the end of the corridor along with the bathroom. The bedrooms are not air conditioned, however, this is a breezy area as evidenced by the fact that it is a winsurfing and kitesurfing area.
